Alto charges for 2 guests are
$295/ night for Fri, Sat nights;
$195/ night for other nights.
Extra persons $15/ person/ night.
Max of 5 persons. Babies are a person.
3 night minimum.
Alto is only about $50 /person /night for 5 persons staying a week!
10% discount for bookings within a week of stay. 5% discount for 7 or more nights.

ALTO SERVICES
All bookings include free internet, all bed linen, towels, and additional weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week.

Australian Open Tennis – 25% premium on above rates, (9 day minimum )
Grand Prix Weekend – 25% premium
Easter Weekend – 15% premium
Melbourne Cup Week – 15% premium (First week of Nov)
24 December to 1 January – 25% premium
5 day minimum for more than 1 month ahead.
PET FRIENDLY – Pets are welcome by arrangement. We just add a $40 per week fee for additional cleaning.
PARKING – On street parking is available in Waverley St. Your personal parking permit gives you unlimited parking for one vehicle.
